- 负责客户在线咨询与答疑，针对客户咨询需求，提供有效解决方案；Responsible for online inquiry, provide the solutions to customer according to their request/questions
- 通过咨询与方案提供，提升服务质量，提升客户对公司满意度；Improve service quality and customer satisfaction by providing an effective solution to member
- 熟悉公司的所有优惠活动及产品性能，快速为客户解决问题；Familiar with all the company's products, quickly solve problems for customers
- 专业的服务态度和术Chat语，体现客服的一流专业水平；Provide professional service attitude and terminology, reflects the customer service firstclass professional level
出入款客服/ Payment Management Customer Service:
- 查询会员出入款订单，审核出入款订单；Checking on member request (deposit and withdrawal), verified the request (deposit and withdrawal)
- 跟进银行总账目， 核对报表余额与银行余额是否一致；Follow up with Bank account, verify the balance on statement and Bank account
- 查询银行余额，状态及第三方登记Checking the Bank balance, status and third party registration
- 处理 出入 款问题，协助客服与 会员 沟通Handling deposit and withdrawal inquiry and to assist communicate with member
- 年龄 18-28 岁，身体健康，能适应国外常年夏天天气；Age : between 18 -28, healthy and able to adapt the oversea enviroment
- 熟练中文听读写，思维敏捷，为人乐观和善，善于思考及解决问题；Proficient in Mandarin listening, reading and writing, quick thinking, optimistic and good in thinking and problems solving
- 无经验也可，公司将提供培训; No experiences required, training provided by company
- 具备最基本的电脑操作水平，熟练 Office 办公软件 (打字速度出入款30字每分钟)；Basic computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (typing skills 30 words per minute).
- 可以接受轮班制工作时间; Able to work under shift hours/rotating days.
