Job Scope
- To be based in Call Centre
- Accept inbound calls and reply to live chats/ email at the same time.
- Perform outbound calls to customers for follow up matters.
- Assist customers with enquiries, promotion, product details, loyalty programme and et cetera.
About the Role
- 1 year renewable contract
- 2 Rotational Shifts (Start work at 8:30 am or 11 am)
- 2 Rotational Off-day per week
- Healthcare, Retail & Pharmaceutical Industry
Working Location
- Nearby Pavillion Area
- 3 to 7 minutes walking distance from Raja Chulan (Monorail) or Pavillion (MRT) station.
Requirement
- Available and able to start work immediately
- Last employment was with a Call Centre (Customer Service)
- Last employment was 12 months and above
- Proficient in English (Written & spoken)
