Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Front End Engineer to join our product team and help build delightful, performant web applications. You will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement user-centered interfaces, improve frontend architecture, and ensure accessibility and maintainability across our codebase. This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about user experience, clean code, and shipping high-quality features.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain reusable, testable front-end components and UI patterns using modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a component framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Translate visual designs and interaction specifications into pixel-accurate, responsive interfaces across devices and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to define APIs, data flows, and integration patterns that deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Improve application performance, load times, and runtime efficiency through profiling and optimization techniques.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity by following web standards and WCAG guidelines and integrating accessibility testing into the workflow.
  • Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end), participate in code reviews, and uphold high code quality and documentation standards.
  • Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, developer tooling, and best practices; mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
Job Requirements

Requirements and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional front-end development experience building production web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and practical experience with TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular and related state management patterns.
  • Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and CSS methodologies (BEM, CSS Modules, or styled systems).
  • Experience with frontend build tools and ecosystems (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and modern testing tools (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL, and experience collaborating with backend teams on integration and performance concerns.
  • Practical knowledge of web performance optimization, accessibility (a11y) best practices, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong focus on delivering business value through user-centric solutions.

What we offer:

  • Competitive compensation, equity opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid), generous paid time off, and support for work-life balance.
  • Investment in your growth through training budgets, conference allowances, and clear career development paths.
  • A supportive, inclusive culture that values diversity, psychological safety, and cross-functional collaboration.
