Responsibilities
- Monitor and check building services installations and ensue that work procedures, schedules and quality control are running smooth
- Conduct on-site inspections monitoring, ensure the site safety, works quality and progress.
- Oversee the progress and carry out site inspection, testing and building services installations
- Assist project team / consultants to deal with and resolve all technical issues on site
Requirements
- Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services or related disciplines
- 8 years of relevant on-site experience, with at least 5 years for residential project
- Experience on handover residential flat unit to property management and flat owner
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Previous experience with property developers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
