This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys both testing strategy and technical implementation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve testing processes, tooling, and test coverage; mentor peers on best practices for quality engineering.

What the company offers:

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage and retirement plans.
  • Flexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid options) and generous paid time off to support work-life balance.

Job Requirements

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience preferred; equivalent hands-on experience welcomed.
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or quality engineering, including manual and automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java).
  • Experience testing APIs, working with REST/JSON, and using tools such as Postman or automated API test frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) and source control workflows (Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and designers; cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
