On-siteKey Responsibilities:
- Responsible for searching potential sites, building pipelines for store opening
- Assist to monitor and take lead in the completion of work tasks regarding the site development function to achieve company targets
- Conduct market research for recommendation in new locations and market rent for reference
- Develop and maintain excellent relationship with property developers, landlords, agents and etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma in related disciplines
- 3 years working experience gained from Retail/Leasing/Property Management
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Independent, detail-minded, and proactive
