Job Description
- Support MES and ERP system to ensure smooth operation of company
- Perform system update support and maintain backup and recovery plans for computer system
- Communicate with all level of stakeholders for business requirements or improvement opportunities
- Work with Process Automation and IT Application team to provide technical support in the shopfloor
Job Requirement
- Degree holder in Information Technology
- With 5 years or above IT and Manufacturing related experience
- Experienced in supporting MES and ERP system
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
