Job duties:
- Promote and sell products and services to customers, and achieve business target
- Develop new customers and maintain existing customers and up sale the customer
- Contact customers daily through outbound / inbound calls
- Handle price and contract request from customers and participate in business programs
- Maintain customer business info, and update business activities in CRM system
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above with 2 years’ experience in sales or customer services
- Bachelor degree holder with less experience will also be considered
- Excellent telephone manner and handling skill
- Possess strong problem solving skill and customer-oriented
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
