Job Description

Duration: 6 months

Salary: up to $2500

Working Hours: Mon to Fri office hours

Duties:

• Plan and experiment with worker incentives to optimize acquisition and retention

• Experiment with supply levers to improve worker efficiency and earnings

• Work closely with key stakeholders in the Transport and Food teams to manage acquisition and retention cost

• Work with Partner Care team to understand worker sentiment on the ground

Min Diploma with at least 1 year operation planning experience
